Better tape then many of the more expensive brands. Recommend for crossfit and weighifting.

Great tape. Sticks excellently and is thick. Easy to tear with your hands. I use it for rowing. I only wish they did some plain colours from the same brand too!

Good stuff, stood test of time, I use on the shaft of my paddle, also with the bright colour my paddle don't get mixed up with others. Used in Cyprus in sea water too in 28% heat. AND its stayed on the whole time. Thank 💜

I'm S.A.S trained from an old job I had, whenever I train now at home or at health club I go really heavy and put my life on the line during training, while this tape helps with my training 6-10 hours per day, and is good for some hours, but after all the sweat and training this disolves away and the edges come off and hang out, I will say this, its a strong adhesive, good tape and looks cool typically I prefer the check colours, I'm sure women would prefer rainbows and pink, this helps for boxing as well and prevents cuts on the skin. It is for average, intermediate and advanced training. The God level training I do only helps for the first session, don't get me wrong this is 3 stars decent tape, but you only get 3 rolls and it's expensive, for my training long hours I will resort to kinesiology tape because it can sometimes be cheaper, and as a last resort, I use liquid chalk and prepare myself for hours of skin cuts. I say last resort because liquid chalk makes so much mess typically or dries the hand too much and causes skin crack. Using this tape can save me getting cuts on my skin for hours. I would need 100 rolls to train for the next 6 months at God level. Just doesn't seem worth the price for me, even though the product is worth a 4 star. If your advanced or below I would say this is a good 4-5 star product. For me its a 3 above average. Final thing to note, it adds some grip as the surface of the tape is rough and causes friction, it is good for calisthhenic training, weight lifting and boxing. Sadly combined cardio and weightlifting on the treadmill and step up machine the sweat is excessive and they come off due to heavy weight lifting tugging against it, while sweating buckets. Fun fact: I could use it as a finishing line instead. Oh and one last thing, it is hard to find the entrance to the adhesive, it is there just have to look real hard. Took me 5-10 minutes to find it.

I get through a lot of thumb tape, and there's always the pay-off between stretch, comfort and longevity. This stuff stretches well, it sticks and just does not budge - even with sweat or chalk. In fact, the worst part of each workout now (even including split squats) is trying to get the blasted stuff off my hands without ripping all the skin off. Ever wanted to stick a fully grown person to the wall? This would probably do it.

Vienen 3 rollos de cinta elástica de tela. Colores distintos y diseños de calaveras originales. Son resistentes, no la suso para pesas, pero si para proteger mis dedos a veces por cortes, me parece mejor idea que el esparadrapo típico que no da movilidad. Se pega y despega bien y he conseguido cortar sin tijera. Para mí opinion son de buena calidad!
