After starting using it my stomach feels less bloated and happy. The texture and the size of the pill makes it easy to swallow. No taste whatsoever a little expensive but is worth it.

Have I never thought I will write a review. Those pills worked on my tummy in 4 days and tummy got flat without any dieting. I feel happy, and my stomach is even happier. I take 3 pills per day, despite ten suggestion. Love how my stomach feels after the eating food. It’s doesn’t hurt any more. Apparently all what my stomach needed is bunch of new probiotics to leave in into my belly.

Giving it 5 stars so others can read, like other negative reviews this gave me severe cramping on day 3, runny stool etc, and then i broke out in hives as others did too. Not saying this will happen to u, but it did for me, i took a chance at trying to solve some bloating issues and it really messed me up. Also there’s debate on how beneficial digestive enzymes really are, they can speed up digestion too quickly and cause bloating and cramping, the same issue i had. So what’s the point in trying to solve an issue that is made worse lol? I would go with the original formulation which is just the probiotic strain if u want to give this a try. Good luck! Original review: I like the combination of probiotics and diet enzymes. Having IBS, I need something that minimizes the heavy bloating feeling, and this does it. For now, it works better than Digestive Advantage. Updated review: I thought this product was helping me at first, and maybe it did. But after almost 2 weeks of taking it, my heavy bloating feeling is back. It could be from trying to eat things that I was avoiding (because I miss those foods). When I didn't take Align this morning though, I didn't have the heavy bloating feeling like yesterday when I took it. So I googled. Taking a different probiotic can cause gas as your body adjusts to it. The adjustment may takes a few days or 2 weeks. After 2 weeks of taking it, I don't think I can continue. So please be aware that you may need a trial period to see if your body adjusts to this product. I wish you well! It can be hard to find a probiotic and diet enzymes that work well.
