What are the voltage specs for the UART TX/RX lines?

The voltage specs for the UART TX/RX lines is 3.3V

Many sounds stop with a weird, loud glitching noise. How do I prevent? Is there a preferred format? Bad unit? I am using 16-bit wav 44.1k mono

There are a number of small modules that will play a single mp3 file with the closing of a contact that appears to be much easier to set up and configure. This item came in an envelope that contained absolutely no paperwork or even a link that I could see. So, the only data on its use appears to be what I can get off the Amazon sales page. I hope this helps. Good luck trying to figure out how to use it.
