I don't generally review a pillow until I've had it for several months, because they're all great at first, and most turn to mush a few month later. This one, though, not only stands the test of time, but came with enough fluff to create a second pillow... and the company even sent a second pillow cover for free when I emailed them, per their card included with the item.First, the parts you will notice immediately: It's a weird shape, and the thing weighs 6 pounds! (A pillow fight could be lethal!) However, I swear by this pillow. The fact that it's adjustable is absolutely the best idea anyone has ever had in regard to pillows!No single pillow can work for everyone, because how thick a pillow you need depends on how hard your bed is.... The harder the bed, the thicker the pillow needed for a side sleeper, and the thinner one you need for a back sleeper. This pillow comes with a drawstring sack so you can remove its shredded foam stuffing to make it just the size you like, while keeping that extra stuffing safe for future use if it does start to break down over time. I took out just a little at a time, but by the time I was done, I'd guess I took out almost a third of it. That means this pillow should last me comfortably for years, since I can add some back in anytime it needs it in the future. I've kept the second pillow cover they sent as well, to replace this one if it should wear out, so that makes this pillow the best value on the market.Meanwhile, the foam they've used is incredible. I can slide my arm under the pillow and back out, and never feel a difference - The pillow just seems to absorb the shape of it and it makes no change to my head position at all. I don't cut off my arm's circulation by laying on it, nor do I get pressure points on my face. The odd shape is strangely ideal, too. I find I lay the pillow vertically, against the front of my body while sleeping, with my head on one of the pointed ends. I have, let's say, pretty big "accoutrements," and the curve of the pillow keeps them from getting pinched or squished as they would from a straight pillow, while my head and neck can remain straight, even with the pillow positioned vertically.I haven't even mentioned that the inside of the pillow is divided into three chambers, so you can adjust the firmness of each section separately. Since I also sleep on my back part of the night, I was able to make the center of the pillow lower and softer by removing more stuffing from that section... It's truly customizable (and recustomizable)!It may sound like I'm being paid to write this, but I'm not -- After decades of hating pillows, I've finally found a pillow I love. I highly recommend it if you also find yourself in a never-ending battle with traditional pillows... Just don't use it in a pillow fight.

I have been searching for the perfect pillow and I think I finally found it. I really like the adjustability of the pillow and the shape works great for a side sleeper. The only complaint I have is I think the pillow could be a bit wider.Since I got this pillow my neck is feeling so much better and I am sleeping through the night.

I ordered this pillow after trying over 5 different types of pillows for my neck problems and none of them worked. I loved the concept of being able to adjust the pillow by taking out the stuffing in three different places. I received the product on-time and in good condition. I followed the instructions on letting the pillow breath for 48 hours before taking the stuffing out to adjust it. I tried the pillow several days & pulled out stuffing to where I was comfortable with the firmness of it. I had enough stuffing left over to make a second pillow (if I had another pillowcase to put it in!) and was happy with the results of what was left in the pillow. They give you a blue bag to put your left-over stuffing in but once the stuffing has expanded, there wasn't enough room for all of it, so I had to put it in a regular, clean, garbage bag to hold on to for future use. I would recommend this pillow to anyone who can never get their regular pillow to adjust to your neck or side sleeping needs!

I was impressed with the texture, so soft. And there was no discernible odor. The foam pieces are very malleable. And when I reached out to the seller to find out how to get extra filling, they were extremely accommodating. I now need to order a second pillow, since my husband commandeered mine as his.*UPDATE* I took this pillow back from my husband. Not only do I count the hours until I get to lay on this pillow each night, but it has truly been a lifesaver, helping me prevent a need for surgery. My physical therapist explained to me that in order to prevent more complications from my muscle constricting disorder .. and avoid surgery .. I needed to sleep in a hybrid position, on my left side but with my right shoulder back. I was struggling, my shoulder would hang there, unsupported, and eventually tip back to the left, curling my shoulders up towards each other. BUT this pillow offers support for my shoulder! Not only have I slept better, more comfortably, but I have been able to stop physical therapy, no longer needing to redo what my sleep undid. I know this is very specific to my needs and may not apply to others, but if my experience can help even one person make the decision to purchase this pillow, I feel it’s worth sharing.

This pillow got so many good reviews and I really like the idea of being able to customize each compartment but the stuffing smells like burnt leaves with a touch of dirt. I threw it in the dryer with a dryer sheet and that didn't help, I sprayed it with body spray and put a clean pillowcase over it; I was able to sleep through the night but when I woke up, that's all I smelled. I just took the case off and had to strip my bed because it made my sheets stink! I'm washing the pillowcase and bedding, I sprayed the second pillowcase that's filled with stuffing in the dryer again, in hopes that it will help. I'm really sensitive to smells and tend to have lots of allergies. My eyes burn and skin feels itchy and I can't tell if it's triggered by the pillow or if it's just my general allergies. Idk how many times I've sniffed that thing. I'm crossing my fingers on this one🤞🏻
