Used so we can connect both our camper van and tent to power when on campsite. Works well and seems well made although only have used once so far. Recommend

This is produced by one of China's biggest companies in the market - established for over 20 years. This splitter cable is IP44. What does that mean? A) It means it should be proof against ingress by any object over 1 mm in size - including insects and metal particles from your badly sited disk-cutting that are over that size. B) It means it is splashproof. That's splashproof not water immersable. How sturdy is this? It's new and hasn't been exposed to months of UV light. I'd a ssume that a long standing supplier and its UK importers should have tested it or seen test data and not exposed temselves to potentially expensive litigation - but I don't know this. I also do';t know how sturdy it is. It seems well made - but I'll go out of my way to avoid putting that to any test - I'm a consumer and that could be a direct path to a Darwin Award with 240v electricity involved. This lack of assurnce gets this marked down to 4 of 5.

Had a v shaped one and found it to be so awkward to connect and disconnect very tight fitting, thus is much easier to use and looks good quality. Been using this for the last 6 months and can say very good quality and is so much easier to use then the v shaped ones.

This adapter seems well made and is more practical than the fixed multi-socket adapters due to its flexibility.

Does exactly what I wanted allows my shire power to supply the boat and a spare so I can run the extension for tools at the same time

Good buy and fit for purpose. Electrifying results. All ok.

Well made but would be better longer as this would leave less chance of scratching the vehicle
