Heavy Duty Air Compressor Pressure Switch Control 90-125 psi Single Port, 26A Replaces

Bought for upgrade to 150 Gal compressor, Replaced head, check valve, pressure switch (this item), all piping and fittings. Upgraded head to a California Pneumatic Quiet Run compressor, Thing works great and is very quiet now - the old Craftsman head was extremely noisy... Very pleased with finished product and the Pressure Switch installed easily, adjusts well and functions as it should. I am good!

I ordered this replacement switch because the original on my Craftsman 40gal unit had a significant air leak at the diaphragm, it showed this as a direct replacement. Installed it in less than 30min and had it on line with minimal adjustment. Seems to be a good quality switch the only difference was no pressure relief valve so I used the one that was on the OE switch. Very pleased overall and a reasonable price made it even better! Thanks!

Every compressor I've checked uses 1/4 tubing, plastic or metal, at the unloader connection. The 1/4" tubing on my compressor would not fit through the compression nut or into the body of the unloader connection on this switch. I returned the switch and received a refund. The box that this switch came in had a broken seal and was slightly damaged. Had someone ordered this switch and returned it with a different unloader? Do compressors in other countries use a different size (metric?) tubing at the unloader? I was disappointed because, otherwise, the switch looked to be a direct replacement for the switch on my Sanborn compressor. UPDATE: I ordered a different brand pressure switch from another vendor on Amazon. The form factor of the second switch was identical to the Huivlei switch that I returned. Different brands sourced from the same factory? BUT, the fitting on the unloader on the second switch was sized for 1/4" tubing. I was able to connect the unloader tubing of my Sanborn compressor to the unloader on the second switch. Huivlei, If an unloader for an air compressor is sized for something other than 1/4" tubing, that information should be part of the product description.

Works perfectly. The rubber grommets could have been better though. Note. If you turn your compressor electric cord it may spin the wires inside the control switch. Make sure it’s firmly mounted.

Will work for a Makita Mac 2400, but you will have to add a T under the switch that will go between incoming air and the tank. Much easier than changing out the bottom plate.
