This is very misleading. on the pictures of the container... it only describes marine collagen as an ingredient. so how is it bovine with all 5 types

Is this product good for overall health of gums and also hair?

Why are there dark bits in the capsules? They are still within best before date, though I'm sure the first ones were all white?

I think the capsules are ok. Like you I have noticed that some of the tablets from Autoimmune Institute are no longer white but have a darker shell with a mottled effect.

Does this aid metabolism

It will help to heal the gut and joints but it doesn't directly aid metabolism.
