These days, I start every morning with innerbe. The product I used to take was troublesome because I had to take 6 pills a day, but Innerbe is convenient because I only need to take 2 pills a day. Also, It is important that hyaluronic acid and collagen should be taken together, so this is great because it has both ingredients. My skin is dry and slightly acne-prone, and this has balanced my skin. After taking the product, my acne has decreased. It seems to give a booster effect to Acne skin care products. since I live in a state with strong UV rays, I like this product because I can manage UV rays and dryness at once.

I'm not a big fan of collagen supplements as I've never had any luck, but there's something about this formulation that actually makes a noticeable difference. When I don't take them, my skin looks duller. They really do add a bit of plump and goal. They are pricey though and I only take one a day now to try to save some money, but I definitely recommend them.

I got this and while it worked great for my skin, I saw changes in a few weeks and I got a second bottle but I also noticed I became lactose intolerant and my skin became very sensitive so I stop using it. I also became constantly bloated and irritated.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to achieve more beautiful, moisturized skin.

It's a little smaller than a fingernail, and it's easy to eat because it has a subtle vanilla scent. I'm not the type to take pills, but it's nice to just take it once a day. Originally, I have dry and allergic skin, but the dryness inside got worse and I couldn't manage it, so I bought it to get help from supplements. I think I can write about the effect with a month-use review, but the first impression of the delivery and product is satisfactory. Especially, the bottle is made of translucent material, so I think I can put it in a place where I can see it on my desk and eat it without forgetting.
