Catrice | HD Liquid Coverage Foundation | Flawless, High Coverage | Vegan & Cruelty Free (050 | Rosy Ash)

I have loved makeup for over 35 years and have tried products across every price point. Some of my current favorites include Haus Labs 270, MAC Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation NC40, Dior Forever Matte 3.5N, Tom Ford Traceless Soft Matte 6.5, Tom Ford Shade & Illuminate 10.5, Clé de Peau (Matte and Radiant) in 050, Prada Reveal MN55, Chanel Les Beiges B50, Armani Luminous Silk 7.6, and Pat McGrath Skin Fetish Foundation in 14M, just to name a few. For powder, I typically use Hourglass Ambient Lighting Pressed Powder in Translucent Tan during the winter and Translucent Deep during the summer when I want to add a little warmth. Like many people, I’ve been looking for ways to cut back on spending. My plan was to wear a more affordable foundation during the week and save my luxury products for weekends and special occasions. I honestly wasn’t expecting much from Catrice, but it completely surprised me. This foundation performs as well as—if not better than—most of the luxury foundations in my collection (with the exception of Haus Labs and Dior, which are still my personal favorites). It wears beautifully throughout the day, doesn’t settle into my smile lines, and looks fantastic on my mature skin. The concealer was equally impressive. It provided excellent coverage for my dark under-eye circles, lasted all day, and never creased under my eyes. That is something I can’t even say about some of the luxury concealers I own. The Airbrush Matte Setting Powder also exceeded my expectations. It reminds me a lot of my Hourglass pressed powder. Hourglass has a slightly creamier feel, but the finish and blurring effect of the Catrice powder are remarkably similar. For the price, I genuinely don’t think I’ve used a better-performing complexion line. Catrice has earned a permanent place in my makeup collection, and I highly recommend giving it a try.

I'm blown away. I wore this foundation for the first time ever for an outdoors event in horrible humidity, and it held up beautifully! Now that E.L. Double Wear has been reformulated, I found myself scrambling to find something that would work in a similar way. This foundation is light, almost as thin as water and yet, the coverage is fantastic and is so is the durability and wear. It's easy to apply and blend, buildable, and because it's so thin i used a thin, flat foundation brush and was able to do my entire face with one dropper. You can do more for more coverage of course. I'm a fan. I'm in between shades but the beauty of this is that you can get 1-3 different shades for less than a bottle of DW. recently tried the Natasha D. High Glam foundation and though i loved their shade range that foundation never ever set on me. It stayed wet and tacky on my face for hours! For the price, you honestly can't beat this. Note: I like matte finishes. I do not like glowy foundations so take that into account. I have normal skin that leans a bit dry on the perimeter and slightly oily in the T-zone. If you have dry skin, Just be sure to moisturize and prep your skin but i don't think you will need to set this with spray. A light powder will work for you to set it. I used both a bit of powder and a bit of setting spray and was outside in humid weather for over 3 hours. Wore beautifully. Adding this to my top 3 favorites. Impressed. I hope this helps those of you out there lost at sea now that they took or beloved Doube Wear away.

This Catrice liquid foundation really impressed me. One of the first things I noticed was the fragrance—it actually smells pleasant and much better than most foundations, which usually just smell like makeup. It’s not overpowering at all, just a nice added touch. The formula glides on smoothly, blends easily, and doesn’t cake. At first, I thought the shade Porcelain was going to be way too light for me, but once I spread it out evenly, it turned out to be the perfect match for my fair skin. It blended so well that it almost felt like I wasn’t wearing foundation at all. I really like how lightweight this foundation feels. It’s not thick or heavy on the face, and it works beautifully even without primer. I wanted to see how it performed on bare skin, and it held up surprisingly well on its own. The bottle is a decent size, and while I do like that it has a plunger-style dropper, I personally prefer a pump top for foundation. That’s honestly my main complaint and the reason this is a 4-star review instead of 5. It does claim to be sweat-proof and long-lasting, and while I haven’t tested it through a full day yet, I did splash some water on my face and it didn’t budge noticeably. Even if it did wear slightly, it blends so naturally into the skin that it wouldn’t be obvious. I’ve tried many higher-end foundations—from Too Faced to Clinique to Milani—and I have to say, I’m enjoying these more affordable foundations just as much, if not more. This one is easily a strong second contender next to my CoverGirl + Olay foundation. Overall: smooth, lightweight, flattering on fair skin, and great for long days. I’d absolutely recommend this if you’re looking for an affordable foundation that performs like a high-end one—just know the dropper top may not be everyone’s favorite.

I am in love with this foundation! The coverage is flawless. It is lightweight, I dont feel like I have anything on. My face is smooth and I swear I look 10 years younger. Not sure why I never knew about this product before, but it is my only go to now!

I wore the Catrice foundation for a couple years but was never super happy with it. It looks really nice when you first try it on and will stay pretty nice in cold climates or winter, but in any kind of heat or humidity it turns cakey and emphasized every pore by the end of the day. I live in AZ so it looked cakey/oily for most of the year. Unfortunately a stranger pointed it out to me so i started looking at others. I bought Loreal Infallible and Maybelline Age Rewind Eraser. The Maybelline one just sat on top of my face and never felt like it set and stayed greasy all day. The Pro was that it blended in with my skin really well, but just felt like I had wet paint on my face all day. The loreal infallible set really nice and blended well. Doesn't look like im wearing it and covers the red in my face well. Still looks good by the end of the day. I have combination skin. Oily in my t zone and dry or normal on the rest of my face. I've made the switch to loreal. Catrice has a good price and I think it is still worth trying. It might look great on other skin types. Just be careful not to DRIP it on your clothes. It will stain! Super hard to get out..

Oh my goodness where has this been all my life. My dermatologist recommended this Foundation after starting to have hormonal acne from menopause. I absolutely love the staying power and also how it does not settle in the lines of my face. It's a perfect match it's lightweight Yet full coverage and for a dermatologist to recommend it it's got to be good. I will never go back to those high priced foundations again.

I love the Catrice brand that foundation it's amazing the coverage it good and the color match is perfect. I bought it for two years and I'm not changing it. Its application is light but it covers, You can use it every day

Arrivato in condizioni perfette, sigillato. Fondotinta leggerissimo non grasso a media/alta coprenza, stratificabile dove serve perché non fa spessore e non si infila nelle pieghette del viso.Lascia un finish matte non effetto maschera ma naturale, sulla mia pelle non ossida una volta asciutto, il colore beige rosa perfetto.Dopo otto ore con il caldo estremo di questi giorni ho ritoccato con la cipria solo la zona T per il resto era ancora perfetto. Consigliatissimo anche per il prezzo.

On peut facilement jouer sur la couvrance selon l effet désiré ou le mélanger à une pointe de crème hydratante pour un rendu plus naturel. On m'avait conseillé le full coverage de Kiko et il n'a rien à lui envier en plus de coûter 2fois moins cher. Seul bémol pour moi, la pipette qui n'est vraiment pas pratique et fonctionnelle.

This is the best foundation i have ever used. It is supervthin and soft , like a cream. The tone is uniform . It is also easy to clean it is not greasy and does not stick to skin. So good!
