Cool train
The southern pacific daylight is a cool train but the locomotive derails a lot so 4/5 stars

Great set for the money!
Awesome train set for beginners. Comes with a very large loop of wide radius (22”) track and a suitable number of straight sections. By far the best running Bachmann locomotive I have in my collection. It is not DCC ready but perfect for those who want a fantastically detailed locomotive and matching cars. Highly recommend

Disappointed
Has too many operating problems. One is when reversing and into the turn the corner of the locomotive comes in contact with the tender and pushes it causing the tender to derail. Several other problems. It's a shame that such a nice looking train is not design or engineered to run properly. I own other Bachmans that cost quite alot less and operate as intended.

Item listed as mint came up short.
The train set and accessories were in good condition.However,the box was torn and damaged with some of it missing.There was no instruction manual included.I would not list thois set as mint because of this.Original boxes add value to trains.

HO train set
Very nicely looking train runs great works great did not realize it had smoke and the smokes fluid until I put it away and read the instruction. Everything works great definitely recommend my boy loves it.
