I have a tendency to not wear eye protection when I really should. So when I was pulling a large clump of bush roots out of the ground I got surprised when it came out suddenly and a blast of dirt hit me in the face and in the eyes! Instant pain in my eyes! :( I tried my usual remedy of taking a shower and gently spraying my eyes with warm water. It helped but by the next morning the whites of my eyes had turned pink! So I purchased this eye wash station. Directions are simple and straightforward. It includes two sets of eye wash bottles with the eye wash device attached. At first I was disappointed. I used normal warm tap water. They recommended I use a saline solution or sterile water. So back to the pharmacy for sterile water. I tried the sterile water which I had warmed close to body temperature. Much better and instant relief from the eye pain! But again, I did have to use this system more than once to get full, long lasting relief. So if you're a forgetful klutz like me or just want an effective eye wash solution ready for an emergency, I do recommend this. The price is fair for its effectiveness.

Easy to install, well made, and practical for the workplace.

Works great but does freeze when using it for out door uses.

Installed in the garage. Easy to install. Bottles do not stay in their designated holding Area. I'll need to attached some type of fastener so the bottles don't fall out. I assume, when they are filled with solution, they will stay in place.

The bottles probably work fine, but they fall out of the holders on the wall mount... The sides of the holders do not extend far enough to actually grip the bottles, nor is there any curve to grip the bottles... Kept the bottles and threw the station part away, useless POS... Not even worth the effort to return it...

Three stars due to the fact the bottles will not stay in their perch. I had to put some velcro on the backs to get them to stay. Every other aspect of this product was fine.

Changed review to 5 star for refunding and good communication. Eye wash station does not come with eye wash liquid. Just a heads up.

Fully ready to use just ad solution .I needed an eye wash station in an emergency situation and all I had was a small eye cup that came with the saline solution purchased from the drug store. It was almost useless This one is industrial grade and much better designed for a full flush of the eyes .

The bottles fall out of the holder any time you touch it. And both tops broke on impact. Maybe a 2' drop. I dont recommend this purchase
