Is this shirt full length?

I'm 5"3' and it hits a little below my waist. Normally, crop tops hit anywhere from just below the bust line to a few inches above the waist. Thet are called crop" because they are not full length. I bought this because I was hoping it would fit me the way it has. I'm tired of T-shirts made for 6-footers that hit me mid-thigh.
