It doesnt beep when the water is gone. Is that normal?

No,it doesn't beep when the water is gone. You can set a timer, the normal working time is 10 minutes.

I received it and see there is no specific tray for poached eggs. There is one tray with no compartments it says to use. Am I missing a tray?

The pan with no compartments is for poached eggs. I had a different machine with a poached egg pan that had 4 compartments - I found it hard to clean. I put my egg in a half of a bell pepper and cook it that way - delicious!

My on and off switch is stuck in on position… any ideas how to fix? Don’t know how long to cook eggs.
