problem with landing

As for the main adapter and other accessories, it's OK, but the power supply is a disaster. I turn it on via USB and it doesn't want to charge at all, and when I turn it on, I have to hold it for the nebulizer to work. The batteries are new, they don't even turn on, not even the color, and if the seller contacts me, I'll be happy to contact you.
