Why was the battery registration function unable to be performed?

1.Old chassis (E46,E39,E38,E53,E36,E85,E86,R52,R53,R50) don't support battery registration; just replace battery & clear codes. 2.Watch the above video for operation. 3.Special functions are for BMW/MINI only, confirm compatibility before purchase.

Why can not clear the codes for my car?

1. Fault codes can only be cleared after repairs. This tool diagnoses issues but doesn't fix them. 2. Ensure the OBD port is clean, undamaged, and properly connected. 3. Remove any third-party devices that may interfere with the OBD signal.

Can the BM500 perform coding or battery programming for BMW modules?

No ECU coding or advanced programming supported. BM500 focuses on diagnostics & resets (EPB, Oil, ETC, Battery).

Why are the special functions not supported?

Special functions are for BMW/MINI only – confirm compatibility first. Ensure you select the correct vehicle model. If issues persist, refer to the operation video on the product page or consult us.

Why not work for my car?

1. Wrong model selection may disable features. Check vehicle nameplate. Example for BMW X5 G05: BMW Diagnosis > X Series > X5 > G05 2. Please check if your OBD port is working properly.If unsure, you can consult us or visit a repair shop.
