As a gluten free girlie, I am always hunting for something that I can eat that feels and looks like it should without giving me the rumbly tummy. I got a single pack of this to try in the grocery store and loved it so much I ordered this multi-pack. I love that it has a good flavor to it by itself, but it also really lends to adding whatever you have on hand. I throw in a jammy egg, roasted tomato, spinach, scallions, chili crunch, steamed veggies, really whatever I have. It's the simplest meal and I'm very pleased to be able to keep it on the shelf instead of in the freezer with my other gluten free stuff.

They are yummy and have a great texture for gluten free. Don't expect the 50 cent ramen flavor. The noodles have a kind of vanilla-y smell. The broth is like miso, rather than the regular ramen broth. They're very good, but individual size is smaller than regular ramen. I really like them but I won't buy again because of the price.

I became hooked on miso soup after my daughter made some for me when I had bronchitis. With lockdowns and health warnings going out, I decided to try to stock up on some more in case someone in our family got sick. A search brought up this ramen so I decided to give it a try. It's perfect. The soup base tastes how I hoped and the noodles are a bonus treat. Keep in mind that I did not make it in the microwave like cheap 15 cent a bag ramen! Because I'm unable to eat gluten, I've become a bit more adept at preparing rice noodles. Here's how I made mine - Find a smaller sauce pan and fill with water and put on stove top to boil. Thinly slice onions and carrots and put into the sauce pan. Warm canned peas in microwave. Once the water is almost boiling, add an egg or two to poach. When the water is fully boiling, add the noodles and use a fork to gently separate them so they cook evenly. Remove the eggs before they become hard. Once the noodles feel soft to the fork, check them every 30 seconds until they are the texture you prefer. Immediately move them and the veggies with a slotted spoon to your bowl. Open the seasoning packet and shake over the noodles and stir in then slowly add in water from your sauce pan until the broth is the consistency you prefer. Add the eggs and peas and any other toppings you like and enjoy. Yeah, it's more work than cheap noodles, but I promise, the extra work is worth it. You will have lots of flavor and a pleasant texture which some other reviewers said was lacking.
