Flexfit Men's Mesh Fitted Trucker Hat, Black, One Size

So far the cap fits great and is comfortable. This cap is a genuine Flexfit®/Yupoong Cap (model# 6511), so the quality is also great. Reading the questions and reviews, there still seems to be some ambiguity as far as the sizing. The size is a OSFA, which the manufacturer claims will fit traditional sizes 6 7/8 to 7 1/2 (I uploaded a screenshot of their chart). I typically wear a size 7 or 7 1/8, or a size S/M flexfit. In my experience flexfits tend to stretch out over time, so I was worried the OSFA would fit loosely. But, so far the hat fits well - not too loose or tight. I feel like those who would typically wear a L/XL flexfit may find it fits snugly at first. And, I feel those who would typically wear an XXL flexfit may find this cap too snug, especially right out of the box. On a side note, the mesh is nearly identical to what you’d find on a traditional snapback trucker hat - a plastic/polyester mesh. The mesh is not a flimsy or fabricky material.

love the price, the fit is perfect. Lasts 1 season or several months of everyday wear and tear. flex fit will loosen after several washes. i call it a perfect seasonal throw away work hat.

I bought this hat in hopes to have a nice/comfortable fitted trucker style hat with NO LOGOS that I could wear out and about. I have ruined all my other decent hats by wearing them to work or while working outside and sweating in them. Looks like I will have to order a couple more of these because this one is so comfortable that I started wearing it everywhere!!! I was kind of worried about he fit and durability but it fits my head about perfect and so far has held up nicely, especially for the price. I will purchase more….

Great hat! As it says, it is flexible and can expand to fit larger head sizes without being tight. Lightweight and breathable without the mesh trucker see through look. Great price and easy to clean.

I've owned close to a dozen of these hats. Big fan of the look and feel. Stretch fit, but I will say the last one I received feels a tight. Feels like the same hat otherwise. They can become too stretched out, but that takes about a year of wearing it. By then the hat is so dirty I switch them out anyways.

The hat is nice enough, but it needs breaking in. I like to think I have a fairly average head size. It leaves a mark on my forehead and it feels almost sharp because of how the elastic that goes all the way around the inside of the hat pinches. Overall, I like it, I just need to break it in. The mesh is breathable and the lack of adjustability means my hair does not poke out of it and turn me into a hedgehog. The front of the hat, the part that isn't mesh, is a little tall. It is somewhere between a fitted hat and a baseball hat in its height. It does not look bad, and other than the breaking in period I assume would be present with any elasticated hat, I am happy with it.

This hat fit perfectly. I love Flexfit's hat quality, I own several of their hats, but have found that a S/M fits a bit tight and a L/XL fits a little too loose. I would love if they came out with a M/L, but this One Size fits all is the best fit I have found. The quality of the hat is also great. I love how breathable the mesh is as I work at a mechanic shop and purchased this for at work use. The materials used in this feel solid and it is not a cheap feeling hat. Finally you can't beat the price. I can easy spend $30-50 on a good hat, but this is comfortable and fits well for a great price. (I did purchase mine to be embroidered)
