Ordered 1st item arrived damaged was sent replacement but that was also damaged sent back have not had a refund on that item

First was broken as the top and bottom had not been bubble wrapped separately but the second one they sent had and it was perfect. It was a gift for my parents and they have tried a new one each week and love it. Also bought a heat diffuser with it so they can use it on the hob.

Have ordered 3 of these. The first cracked when cooking with it, the second arrived broken and the third arrived completely smashed. Would not recommend
