NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja STORM CONNECTIONS - NSW

This was on sale when I bought it ($28) & it was such a steal. The game looks & runs great on my Switch 2. This is the largest character roster for a Naruto Storm game. The combat is still as fun & engaging as I remember it. A great fighting game especially on the go.

My son loves the game works great.

NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja STORM CONNECTIONS for Nintendo Switch seamlessly blends the beloved Naruto and Boruto universes, offering fans a nostalgic yet refreshing gaming experience. With stunning visuals, an extensive roster of characters, and fast-paced combat, the game captures the essence of both series. However, while the gameplay is engaging and the character designs impressive, the storyline may feel disjointed for newcomers, and online multiplayer connectivity issues detract from the overall experience. Nevertheless, for fans of the franchises, this title remains a compelling addition to the Nintendo Switch library, offering endless hours of ninja action and nostalgia.

I really liked the game, it has all the characters that I like, although it is somewhat complex to play with the joycon on the Nintendo Switch, I recommend buying a controller, I really like everything else It is a game mostly to play vs CPU or vs friends, because the story mode is undoubtedly better than the other Storm Ninja games.

This is very much a “comfort food” game for Naruto fans. If you’ve played the Ultimate Ninja Storm series before, you’ll immediately recognize the fast-paced arena fighting, cinematic jutsus, and over-the-top visuals the franchise is known for. The biggest strength here is the sheer amount of content in terms of playable characters. With a massive roster spanning Naruto, Shippuden, and Boruto eras, you can build almost any team combination you want, which keeps free battles and casual play fun and replayable. Combat is still the classic Storm formula—fast, flashy, and easy to pick up, but with enough depth in switching, substitutions, and team mechanics to keep fights engaging. Visually, special moves and ultimates still look really impressive, especially in handheld or docked mode on Switch. Story-wise, there are multiple modes, including a “History Mode” that revisits major Naruto and Shippuden events and a new original storyline. However, a lot of the story presentation relies on cutscenes mixed with still images, which can feel a bit dated compared to fully animated sequences. A few things to keep in mind: This is more of a celebration/compilation entry than a brand-new evolution of the series Some modes feel more like recaps than fully reworked experiences Online play exists, but the focus is clearly offline/casual battles rather than competitive depth Overall, this is a solid pick if you’re a Naruto fan who wants the biggest roster and classic Storm gameplay in one place. Just go in expecting refinement and nostalgia rather than major innovation.

fun but just naruto ultimate ninja storm 4 with some bells and whistles. not really fun to complete. id rather have a bundle of all nuns games or an all in one type of situation. introduces nothing new that’s interesting to the nuns ethos. i like that you can use two ninjutsus, but you can’t choose which one you want anymore which sucks big time. but it’s fine. the switch version is basically dead for online play :(

This is an awesome game and thoroughly enjoyable. Unlike some games where there is free battle option for multiplayer where you have to complete missions to get characters, you get all the characters right off the bat. The History mode is fun as well. You can choose either to play the game “Normal” or “Simple”. Normal is for the experienced gamer who can memorize every move set and button combo whereas the Simple is for the average gamer who is just looking to have some fun without too much complication.

Got this during a Black Friday deal for 19.99 and I’m just glad I got it for this price instead of the original price because you can get through this game very quickly(if you’re a fast learner or good with the controller). Everything was good quality and it’s just nostalgic seeing a lot of old scenes from the anime.

Wtf!

The game arrived quickly and works perfectly. My kid was excited about the game and has been playing it nonstop.
