Hi, The size chart is available on the Splashabout website. the XL has a waist range of 34.5 - 41 inches andthe thigh is 19.5-23.5 inches.

Do you wear depends under this swimsuit?

Not sure how they handle this. I know they use something under the suit. Apparently it is working well as he was banned from the pool before covid. He had several accidents. He is back in the water. The group just started up again and I have heard nothing negative. The legs were big on this guy but we needed the XL as he is stout. I seamed the legs to make them fit snug.
