These resistance bands are of very good quality; there are several, from soft to strong, so you can choose the one you prefer.

I wanted to tone up some flabby arms and thighs (most of us do) but they were a tad small for my liking These are great for people like me, older and cannot do weight lifting They were easy to use and were very durable. When I tried to use them on thighs, they were a little uncomfortable and rolled up I would recommend these but would rather have longer bands The price was right and there are strength levels for everyone

For the price, you get 5 bands to do different workouts. They are strong, and you can feel them working. Start out light, then work your way up to get used to it. Comes with exercise guide and storage bag.

Easy to bring with you, durable and stretchy! They could be a bit wider but the size is good. Workouts have been better, more effective with these!

These are great! I've had them for many months; they do have a latex smell if you're sensitive to that. I have used them all for a variety of workouts, and they have held up well.

Not very resistant . Can break easily. If looking for some light workout is ok otherwise recommend check other options.
