Item damaged

Item arrived damaged with a tear on the bottom left of the passport holder. Disappointed. Colour is lovely, but the material does feel cheap. Tried to return item, but have to pay for the delivery label yourself and they will refund up to £20 when they receive the item. More hassle than it's worth
