Adore it
Just assembled and it is sturdy and looks great! I am giving it four stars because the installation was tough and in order to make it work we had to omit some of the wooden dowels. Note: no spouses were harmed in the making of this island, but some feelings were hurt.

Top cracked
Over all, the island is sturdy and well built. The top of the island has cracked and unfortunately my return window has closed. One of the drawers doesn’t close well and like other reviewers said the handles fall off.

Well done and just what it looked like.
This was so well packaged. I absolutely love it! Not much assembly but it’s nice have 2 people. Took maybe 20 minutes. I would buy again.

Very nice and well made, 3 BIG BOXES SO PLAN ACCORDINGLY
UPDATE: After 6 months, the island is still going strong except the hardware is starting to fall apart. We are constantly having to reattach the handles to the drawers. My wife and I love the island. We even matched the paint so we could paint our kitchen cabinets the same color. Easy to build, took less than 30 minutes, and can be done by one person but two people is more fun.
