This is my second order of these B Vitamins. Great value compared to High Street shops and easy to swallow as quite small and with no aftertaste.

Since I’ve now been working from home a lot more, I’ve seen a decline in my normal activities such as those daily walks to the tube station and those lunchtime walks with colleagues to get sandwiches, and over the course of the past 2-3 years, I’ve noticed that I’ve been feeling a lot more tired and sleepy. I’d previously tried Well-Man tablets, and as good as they are, they’re also a bit pricey, hence I decided to give these tablets by Natures Aid a try. Each bottle contains 180 tablets, I take only a single tablet each day, mostly in the evenings after my main meal and they're easy to swallow. I have noticed that I do feel slightly more energetic, I’ve measured this by how much work I can get done, which I otherwise would have been putting off, such as mowing the lawn or trimming the overgrown bushes over the weekend. Since taking these, I did eventually manage to find the energy to get those tasks done. Now, of course, this doesn't necessarily mean that these tablets did the trick, could have been due to my wife’s constant nagging, but I’d think that it was the tablets that gave me the extra boost. But on a serious note, as with any healthy supplements, only time will tell how effective these tablets really are.

These made my reflux worse which in turn gave me some mild depression and fatigue. These are not good for me.
