Can this thread work for knit fabrics?

It's all I use for knit and I design running jackets. It's great!

What does it mean nu-white? is it white?

Nu White has a grey tinge to it -- on the spool -- but less grey tinge in a single strand of thread. It's not the "white white" that I'm used to but it will do. One person thought it had a tinge of light blue -- that could be. It's hard to say if it's blue or grey but definitely not bright white.

Can I use this thread with cotton and a number 14 needle?

Ihave used it with a 14 needle on my sewing machine. Works great. Good thread that doesn't separate and stays strong.
