do these have an adhesive border?

Premier Pad White Dressings do not have any adhesion at all

I need these for my cats post op care - and I need these to be thick when folded in half to cushion. Are these a nice thick dressing?

I now use 10 x 10 and go for the 8 or 12 layer thickness, but check on Amazon for Sterile Gauze Pads, 5 gauze pads per sterile unit, 25 units per pack, that is 125 gauze pads for a couple of quid more and yes they are thick. We use Sterile Gauze with Sterile Saline solution also from Amazon to bathe & heal our dog's sores. However I do remember the 20 x 20cm also being thick too.

Are they ok to use for a fistula

Sorry, I don't know the answer to that. I have only used them on diabetic leg ulcers, which are not very deep wounds but do leak fluid. The pads were very effective, absorbent, and didn't stick to the wound.

Can you put the pad over cream

Yes Pam. The pad is almost always put over creams, both medicated and moisturisers (by myself, Nurses, & Hospital staff). As mine are now left on for a few days a generous amount of moisturiser is applied to prevent skin with excema from drying out. The pads do not tear or disintegrate.
