How many oz of liquid do these hold? The title says 12oz but the description says 14 oz and I only see 2 reviews saying they don't hold 14 oz.

It has the capacity to hold 14 oz but thats to the brim , we usually put 2 oz less to hold the cup comfortably without spilling. I hope that answers your question.

Do handles get hot after microwaving?

No. These are great coffee cups.

how tall are these mugs? And how wide is the mouth of the mug?

4 1/4 tall. 3 1/2 across. Very nice cups.
