Seems to be absolutely packed with all vitamins I really wanted to supplement my daily nutrition, so I guess I'll see the effects in few weeks. Price wise I find the best offer is the 4 months supply, 120 tablets for £36, I compared prices and Amazon has the best offer. I offered 4 stars instead of 5 because they are on the rather large size, though soft enough so not that difficult to swallow.

This is by far one of the best natural organic multivitamin and mineral supplements I have found. It improved my hair growth and completely resolved any deficiencies I had with chipped and flakey nails. My energy and general well being had improved greatly since taking this. The ingredients are high quantities yet completely fine in my system. And most importantly for me the forms which the ingredients come in are the best you can get i.e folate as opposed to folic acid. Unlike many supplements where you need to take several capsules a day, this is just one a day. Excellent product and natural in the body.
