Dreamsmith Queen 3-Inch 7-Zone Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress Topper

I have read 100's of reviews been looking 6 months for toppers this 3 inch is excellent for pain m comfortable. I bought the bamboo cover it was already at the 3 inches after 6 hours put inside topper put my other lil lite spill proof cover on it once on my mattress it all fit perfectly queen size NO SMELL...1RST NITE UPDATE IN 90 DAYS TO COME...UPDATE TOPPER IS STILL GREAT QUALITY US GREAT. DOESN'T SLIP AROUND OR MOVE AT ALL. IT ALSO HELPS TO NOT FEEL ANYONE GETTING IN OUR OUT BED. This is such a comfortable topper.I love it and it's soft

Been using it for 3 weeks. I got the 3” for a queen bed. My mattress is very firm and im not in a position to get the mattress I want right now (dream mattress is from Saatva). I have a 3” feather mattress topper from Pure Down (as seen in the picture on top of the foam). It is very fluffy but I could still feel slight firmness from my mattress when the feathers got flat if I didn’t fluff it or rotate it. This foam topper wasn’t crazy expensive and I chose this instead of the Lucid brand. I also wasn’t sure I’d feel much of a difference since I already had the feather topper. Anyways I was wrong. I have it under my feather topper and it’s like sinking into a marshmallow every night now. I typically have back and neck pain/tightness from sleeping (I’m mostly a tummy sleeper) and I feel a big difference. I sleep longer and I’m actually excited to get in my bed. For other tummy sleepers ‼️ If you prefer two mattress toppers, get a flatter pillow to save your neck/spine. Both toppers added 6inches to my bed and getting on and off the bed takes a few extra seconds since I’m short 🤧 I can’t really speak on heat or insulation cause it’s under my feather topper but my room is on the warm side and I wasn’t overheating. Be careful with how you move it around straight out of the package cause it can tear. A piece came off and I didn’t even know where it came from. And there’s another tear somewhere but it doesn’t impact comfort and functional levels. It’s recommended based on reviews to let it air out and fluff up for 24-48 hours but I was impatient. I waited for 6 hours and that was enough for me. Overall, if you want to sleep on a marshmallow go for it 🙂‍↕️ i may even try the 4” topper at some point.

I'm going to say that this thing was amazing for my sleep!!! First, i want to say that it went on top of all Casper Mattress so that anyone searching comments will know it is a good option for a casper Mattress. My Casper is semi-firm and relatively good for me, but my wife could not sleep on it! I ended up spending too much on a Tempur-Pedic 3" cushion and that thing was a big disaster (too soft, body sank into it, very hot). I cut it in half and let my wife's keep sleeping on the tempur-pedic and I slept on the bare Casper and she still had problems after a week or two. We almost dished out serious money for another Mattress until I came up on this one and saw positive reviews. I gave it a try and immediately felt the difference the first night!!! Super comfy without sinking feeling, doesn't sleep too hot for us, and my wife's loved it from day one! I honestly think it may be the raised grooves that makes it better but whatever it is, it is amazing. My back, my shoulders and neck feel better in the morning. I can actually sleep on my side without hurting and my wife's falls asleep and stays asleep. I wish it came with a cover but I used the tempur-pedic cover and works great. I recommend getting a fitted cover not just sheets for this thing. No smell like the other ones and was ready for us to use in less than a few hours.

So soft and comfy

I cant say enough what a good deal I got on this. I'm staying in a rental for few months and this really helps with my bad neck and back issues. Will get another in the future and was happy it had such a great price. Perfect thickness and so comfortable and keeps you cool

This matress topper reminds me of what Goldilocks describes Mama Bear's bed, as being "too soft". Its funny too because I used to LOVE soft beds many years ago, I think because I just had a very lumpy bed as a kid so when I finally got a bed after that one, I always thought the softer the better. It was just always the best feeling coming home to a super soft bed after a long and exhausting day. Unfortunately thats not the case anymore. I was diagnosed with mild scoliosis a few years ago and I found myself naturally gravitating towards anything that could help give my back comfort and support instead of purely comfort. I had finally replaced my 3 inch memory foam topper (it was the foam by itself, no different support zones on it) after it slowly got worn down, and I was trying different ones out in hopes of the back support that I needed. I was actually looking for the 1.5 Mainstays one at Walmart (my usual go to) but they were out of stock, so I decided to just go on Amazon. I was eyeing Dreamsmith for a while and decided to go for it instead of Walmart. Right out the box I noticed that smell that all new matress toppers have (because of the material) but it was definitely a bit stronger than what they usually smell like. It didnt last too long thankfully, I just left my door open with the ceiling fan on high and an open window. Immediately I noticed just how soft and plush the material was. It definitely felt luxurious and softer than all the other toppers I've ever owned. It reminded me of those Walmart/Target bed sheets that say "brushed to softness" because thats definitely how the material felt. Laying on it for the first time actually wasnt too bad, it felt pretty nice. My first night sleep wasnt bad either, almost like sleeping on a cloud because of how fluffy it was. Unfortunately that didn't last long. I eventually started waking up to pretty bad back pain and aches because the soft topper was giving my body too much support and not enough balance. I found myself missing and wanting that extra support that flatter/firmer toppers have. I had tried Target's matress topper before Dreamsmith, it was a 1.25 so it was flatter, thinner, and firmer, but it still pretty comfortable. I just felt like it had a good balance of soft and firm that Dreamsmith wasnt doing for me. The problem with Target's matress topper was that my matress and bed frame are old and too sturdy for me, so I felt like Target's topper would've been perfect if it was just a little bit fluffier to help make my firm matress comfortable. Dreamsmith overall just wasnt what I was hoping for. I wouldnt really say its good for back support, something more medium firm might be better. But if you love super soft beds, I think you'll like this. If you're someone looking for back support for scoliosis or back problems, I think Target's 1.25 matress topper would be the better choice, especially on a good bed frame and matress. They have a gray 1.5 matress topper too (with waves) but that one doesn't have the different zones for body support. Mainstays (from Walmart) has a 1.25 and a 1.5 matress topper and those are also pretty good too. Edit: (07/07/26) just wanted to update again. I had retried Walmart's 1.25 matress, but I wouldn't really recommend it. It felt kind of like a cheaper Styrofoam material and it was very odd. I definitely think that Target's 1.25 matress is the better choice if you had to choose. The only issue I had was that Target's 1.25 matress kind of felt like sleeping on a futon. It wasn't uncomfortable, it was just different. I didn't feel like I was sleeping on a bed because of how medium firm my bed was. I definitely didn't remember it feeling this way when I had this topper in the past. Walmart's 1.5 topper is the current one on my bed and I still like the mix of support and comfort. The extra padding from the material makes it feel softer and more "bed like" compared to Target's 1.25 topper. Target's 1.5 topper (the gray one with the waves) was worse than I remembered. The lack of support zones made my back hurt pretty bad, I wouldn't really recommend that one. The other thing that's been somewhat helping my scoliosis is using back massagers/back rest pillows for sitting in bed. I've gotten a few off Amazon and they've helped quite a bit, especially the massagers. It feels good to have my back massaged, even if by a machine, because it feels like it helps get all the knots out. Just wanted to share in case it helps.

After 4 back surgeries over a two-year span, I could not sleep through the night. The back pain and leg pain was debilitating. I researched so many toppers for my mattress and I was skeptical of purchasing any more toppers. They last two that I purchased, I ended up giving away. I read the reviews for this egg crate topper and decided to purchase it. I have slept three nights without waking up from back pain. This is an amazing 2" topper and I would highly recommend it to anyone who has had back surgery.
