Great product
Very dependable, heavy duty material and a great price . I changed the wingnut to a nylon nut just for peace of mind and makes it easier to tighten. I plan on putting one or more in all my work vans .

Got the job done.
The way it attaches to the ladder doesn't stay tight. Ends up slipping when you try and move the ladder into place. I had to improvise with straps. Once the ladder is in place the hook works fine.

Haven't used it yet seems well built good quality. Give it a three because its very loose on the ladder. Don't think it will come off but moves quite a bit side to side.

Too small- the hook needs to have a larger arc to fit over peaks of the house—unstable when connected to the ladder—sent it back
