SIMIYA Mid Waisted Tummy Control Knickers Beige

I bought two pairs of Spanx, medium and large to get the best fit. I had also seen these and the price was so reasonable and the design looked so good that I decided to give them a try. I only bought one in a medium. I tried on the medium Spanx which fitted well as I was just standing there, but I was disappointed by the lack of control strips and the lightweight fabric. I tried on the Simiya and they fitted like a glove, smoothing in all the right places. Good control panels. Wore them all day and they were perfect. Tried wearing the Spanx today for comparison and they were hopeless, the legs keep rolling up. Simiya are half the price and twice as good as Spanx.

Got bored reviewing the reviews on the number of different ones So a plus is they work. Defo hold you in. Would say only comfortable for few hours not all day as they start to dig in and get a bit sweaty in them but as work I would still buy again

I had high hopes for this, I've tried similar items but they would either roll down or be too tight on my thigh. I'm a 14/16 and ordered the L. The stomach part comes up just below the bust and the legs are fine. A gusset hole would be advantageous but isn't a major problem. The problem is that the back isn't high enough which therefore produces 'back boobs'. I won't be bothering with this product again as I had to keep pulling it up like Nora Batty's tights. I have a full body equivalent which is fantastic, but would have liked one without shoulder straps.

I never normally review things but felt on this occasion I had to. I needed an undergarment to hold in and smooth my silhouette under a dress for a wedding. No garment is going to perform miracles, but I was extremely pleased with the results. They are lightweight and breathable yet give firm support. The waist goes up to under your bust line and is boned which means it will not roll down whilst wearing. The size guide was accurate (I am a curvy size 12/14 and ordered L) and I wore them all day and night with no discomfort. Very good value for money when you compare them to the well known brand. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

My go to sucky in pants! I bought these after having my baby to help with the apron belly that I was left with for a while. I did have to size up as they're tiny fittings but once I had the right size I was very happy with them. Very comfortable and don't show under my clothes. I feel very supported when wearing.

Not very comfortable and didn’t fit very well. Better items on the market

For someone who's put on a few pounds and enduring menopausal bloat and muffin top, and needing to squeeze into that little black dress, this was a life saver. More comfortable than I would have thought, it kept all those wobbly bits under control for the day giving an added layer of confidence. I'm normally a size 12 UK/medium but I'm tall so I chose the Large and it was a perfect fit.
