Worth it for the price!
I used the Rennet tablets to make Queso fresco salvadoreño, I read the instructions but decided to use 1/2 tablet for 4L of milk, I recommend to dissolve the tablet in a bit of milk instead of water and warm up the milk up to 40•C, and add the milk containing the rennet and leave it to rest for 80 to 90 minutes, then strain the whey through the cheesecloth, and add salt 🧂, the quality is worthy for the price, easy to use and doesn’t change the taste of the cheese, the size is like any other pill. Also I used the whey to make requesón salvadoreño. Would recommend 100%

Great cheese pill
Great pills to make cheese, we make Honduran quajada with it. Good value for money, only use half of pill for 4 litres of full fat milk. The pill does not give any taste.
