Easy to drink as it is fruity mixed in a glass of water. A good way to get your magnesium supplement. The only problem is if any moisture gets inside the powder will harden. I keep it tightly sealed however it has become hard.

Taste makes me nauseous! I love this supplement company but the flavor of this one makes me sick! Great magnesium content though! Puts me right to sleep!

I like this brand and the extra cost for the fruit punch is worth it. I have a pebble ice machine that I put a scoop of ice in a glass, then the powder and then water. Works great to constantly swirl the ice to dissolve the powder, that way it’s a treat and not a supplement. I don’t have trouble sleeping but my system is low on magnesium but I do notice that I don’t get tired during the day with my day job “sitting”!! I also take the nutricost Taurine and L-Theanine capsules with this drink. Helps my brain slow down at night.

I was skeptical when I purchased this magnesium because I figured that for the price it wouldn’t work well. I was wrong! This magnesium works great and only a few days of use I was able to notice a big difference in my sleep patterns! I’m sleeping through the night without waking up a few times per night! I’m very happy and satisfied with this magnesium!
