I flopped it
Made it exactly as instructed but it wasn't cooked through and never raised, so I had to throw it away. Next time I will leave it longer than what it says on the recipe.

Gits khaman is always my favorite. Excellent taste and texture. Just follow the instructions properly. Measurement is very important to get the softness and fluffy khaman.
