Bristol Novelty AK049 Rubber Toad Prop, Green/Brown

At the moment I am making a sort of private home video called "The Frogs" which is a sort of parody to hitchcocks film "The Birds". I needed a prop frog for this but I couldn't find one large enough. This may be a toad but it is exactly what I wanted, has a huge amount of detail and is huge. I already love him and I've had him for less than 10 mins! It is incredibly sturdy and feels as if it could survive falling off of the Empire State Building! Looking forward to filming with him. It is a great prop/fancy dress item/toy and feels as though it would last forever. And it is definitely a bargain depending on what you want to do with it. The shipping was fast to. Mine came all the way from Bristol to poole within 1 night. Absolutely fantastic!

An impulse buy that did not disappoint. It's a big arse rubber toad to gaurd my stairs and he performs his duty with impeccable dedication and honour.

I bought this as a photography ''prop' for some of the spooky kid lit books I am reviewing and I have honestly not stopped laughing for a solid 5 minutes, IT IS MASSIVE! Like bigger than the size of a human head big. He is quite possibly the best purchase I have made in 2022 and the serotonin dump it has given me I fear will never be topped. Absolutely brilliant quality and super realistic texturing. Brilliant!

Bought for my 20 year old son for xmas who’s scared of frogs/toads as a laugh. He hates it so testament to how realistic this is. Texture is soft and rubbery to touch.

I bought this as a bit of fun for a big toad fan and he was totally overjoyed with it. The toad is meant to be a fancy dress prop, which it would be absolutely fantastic for. But it is also just a great thing in itself. It's really nicely made from a foam rubber and is quite life-like, except for it's large size - which in my view is what's so fun about it. This toad also represents very good value for money - you get a lot of toad for your pound!

I like everything about these toads. They're a great size....about 10 inches across and about 7 inches tall. They look pretty darn real and make a great addition to my yard funk. They blend in so well with their surroundings that if you're not looking for them, you might miss them. My daughters gave me a toad like this a couple of years ago which I also put outside. If you put yours outside be prepared because they don't last forever. Mine lasted a couple of years then fell apart. But the price is right so I bought some for myself and when these go....I'll buy a couple more :)

This is huge I love it as a Halloween prop

When I lifted this guy out of the box, I saw that he was exactly what I was looking for. His outside is the perfect muted shades of blended greens, browns, and tan; and to make him even more realistic looking, his rubbery skin is covered in “warts”!!! As Halloween is my favorite holiday, throughout the year I’m always looking for fun things to add to my whimsical displays. He is the perfect fit, so this year he will be sitting next to a witch’s broom and cauldron near our fireplace! Note: I should say that although he’s a bit on the pricier side, I think he’s worth it!
