I purchased a box of chalk (different brand, different seller) and found that the net weight was almost exactly 25% less than advertised. Ripoff! So I returned that box, and bought this one. This is not the stickiest chalk in the world, I admit (maybe I'd give it four and a half stars, if I had that option), but for the price, it's absolutely more than good enough! Good stuff! Furthermore, I weighed four blocks when it arrived and found that each of them was over 2oz net. That's called good business!

These WOD Nation chalk blocks are dry, dense, and bright white. They break cleanly and crush into a fine powder without grit. Very consistent texture and great quality overall. Also work well for ASMR handling and sound. Dusty, as expected with chalk. Great value. You get 16 blocks instead of the usual 8. Update 1/15/2026- texture seems to vary depending on the box. I recently received another box and the chalk is much harder to crush than the boxes I've gotten before. This is typical for gym chalk texture to vary, unfortunately for ASMR chalk Crushers

Excellent gym chalk at an unbeatable price. The quality is just as good as any name-brand chalk I’ve used—great grip, not overly dusty, and works perfectly for heavy lifts and workouts. It keeps my hands dry and improves grip right away. The fact that it’s cheaper than the big brands makes it an even better buy. I’ll definitely be purchasing this again.

Very hard to crush. They must have changed the ingredients but before they were softer and now they’re extremely hard to crush. Will be returning immediately.

The first time I bought these, the quality was excellent for ASMR. However, I think they changed something because the second time I bought these, the crumbliness changed dramatically. I won't buy again because they do not oddly satisfy the same way they did at first.

This chalk is great for ASMR. The texture is soft yet crunchy and easy on the hands. In terms of gymnastics or weight training, the feel of the chalk is dry and not slippery which I believe is a good thing for grip. Chalks blocks are in tack and does not crumble to the touch. Excellent chalk! I would recommend this brand for asmr, weight training and gymnastics.

I don't usually write reviews, but I'm writing this for fellow chalk ASMR enthusiasts because it's the sort of review I would hope to find when searching for good chalk. I first bought this product about a month and a half ago while doing a mass test of chalk brands, searching for the best chalk on Amazon for crushes. I didn't realize the quantity before ordering (I assumed it was just 8 blocks to a box like other brands), and was super pleasantly surprised when I received my order and found there were 20 blocks in a box! Most of the blocks were on the soft side, which were perfect, but there were some harder ones mixed in that weren't as easy or satisfying to crush. I wasn't too bothered by this though, as oftentimes chalk texture varies throughout a given box, and I was just happy that most of the blocks were pretty good. I ended up ordering 3 more boxes about a week before Christmas, primarily because of the value, but I also wanted to test the consistency of the product. I ordered the last 3 available boxes, however, they took longer than expected to ship. They ended up being shipped and delivered a few days ago, and so far I've gone through a whole box because of how amazing the texture is! All 20 blocks were exactly the same. Super soft and crispy, and the sound they made while crushing was heaven. The powder left over is incredibly light and fluffy, which looks promising for reforms. There appears to be multiple complaints about the inconsistency of texture in past reviews, similar to my experience with my first order. I'm curious if the shipping delay was due to change in formula or production since the first box of this second order was so immaculate and the product seems to be fully restocked. In any case, I'm hopeful that the texture will be consistent throughout these next 2 boxes. If so, I will buy this chalk exclusively and I buy a lot of chalk!
