Does it make wavy hair more curly?

It does help curl wavy hair. Mine is fine hair but wavy and by scrunching I get nicely defined curls

How often should you use it?

Every time I shampoo. Marc Anthony also has a spray to help bounce up your curls. I don’t wash my hair everyday, so on the days I don’t wash my hair, I use the spray.

Is this safe for color treated hair?

Yes. My hair is color treated and I have had no issues!

depending on the protein structure in your hair, it may only wave your hair up some.
