Love it
It mixes decently well, I use a water bottle and shake it. Much better than the previous versions, making it easy to drink and does not upset the stomach if it does, eat some carbs with it or something to help digest it. The flavor is spot on and the strength is the same with each dose but each person may feel the effects differently. I find the focus works really well on days I’ve had proper sleep. I’ve not noticed an energy level with it but I am also naturally high energy individual.

They taste so good, I have one pretty much everyday. I’m not so sure it does much for my focus or my energy, but it definitely helps me drink water. It has also helped me stay away from energy drinks because the taste is so good. I would rather drink one of those.

The product is great Amazon just isn’t the place to buy it. Inteccomrnd buying from onnit as Amazon can’t seem to ever get there deliveries right.

Energy without the caffeine jitters
No jitters from caffeine. No shakiness,keeps me alert all day and do not experience 3pm sleepiness.Love the taste. Can drink it cold or hot.
