I bought it but after 2 months of use, the keyboard is no longer working properly and is displaying an error. When I went to claim warranty, the product was not mentioned on the website. Then I sent an email and their reply was that you have to go to the nearest centre which is 150 km far from my home or courier it which is very far from my house and expensive for me It would be better if I buy a new one at the same cost.

First of all I want to give some information about this product that is not given on the amazon page:-1) if you left keyboard only for more than 5 or 6 seconds the caps or number light of keyboard will automatically shuts down. so don't be afraid it is only for saving your battery.2) same as mouse but if you left your mouse for more than 45 minutes or 1 hour the lights of mouse will automatically shuts down for saving battery.3) some times mouse pointer will automatically go to top right corner I also don't know why it happens but device works properly.4) keyboard has not any on/off switch button but it automatically undergoes in sleep mode after shutdown pc or laptop.this keyboard produces very low sound when you type same as mouse.so if u r a student or a person who works from home then and want a cheap Bluetooth keyboard and mouse combo then this product is definitely for you.I don't know what is the battery backup of this device but I hadn't changed the battery of my device and I had buy this product almost 1 month ago so hopefully this device will give a good battery backup.Edit:- Now after 1 year, this product is doing great job no any kind of problem i have faced but yeah if you r finding some latency then switch the battery, because i had also some latency problem after 4 or 5 month but after changing battery no any type of latency issue.

Keyboard keeps hurting finger while typing and makes more soundMouse is smooth and works excellent

Build and Product quality is very very good, soft keys , key travel was very smooth and silent, mouse was small it could be big enough to palm size.... Most disappointing thing there is no batteries there

Looks and quality - it looks absolutely good and strong in quality.Both combination is God overall

Within 2 Months of Purchase, the Mouse is not Working, but Keyboard is working.
