Came quick and it’s easy to use

I've been using GiGi products for some time now and this last order was made very difficult for me because I was after the WAX and couldn't find it listed. I finally had to order the "honee" and absoulutely hate it! First of all you need strips to remove the "honee" and that wasn't mentioned or included in the order. Also this product is sticky, messy and took a layer of skin off which left me with bloody patches and a rash on my face. I contacted the seller and haven't yet received a reply. I would still be happy to purchase the microwave WAX but the "honee" should be left to the professionals. One last thing, none of the instructions were written in English. What's that about?

This stuff is only OK. I use cloth strips for the waxing and it did not adhere very well to the strip and I seem to have to go over an area more than once which is a no-no when waxing . I’ve been 20 years as a cosmetologist so I’ve worked with wax my whole life. This one just seems not the greatest You have to heat the entire thing in the microwave to warm it up, I had to throw the first one away after the first use because the wax seeped out of the edges and the cap was stuck on. The second one that I bought, I made sure not to tip it over on its side. And the same thing happened.

This is the second time I bought this wax. At first I really liked it even though it’s super sticky and difficult to remove (you’ll need A LOT of baby oil!) but I liked it because it got the job done. I’m Brazilian and I have been waxing myself for my whole life - I’m quite experienced and I never had problems. But after purchasing this product the second time, I have no idea what happened. Something is really off about the wax that I received. The consistency and everything look the same, but the wax simply STAINED all my skin where I applied it. I attached a photo of what my armpit looks like now. At first I thought it was irritation, but it has been over a week and my skin in my armpits and bikini line is just looking dark and terrible. I’m so sad and frustrated, this never happened to me with any product in my life, I don’t have sensitive skin and have been waxing for years! I have no idea what to do or if my skin will ever go back to look like before. I’m really ashamed to show my armpits now because this looks terrible! Completely destroyed my confidence! Please do yourself a favor and don’t take a chance in using this product!
