It technically works and fits the Dell Latitude 7480, but the quality is bad. As shown in the photos, key heights are inconsistent, with some keys sitting nearly flush and others raised. The backlight is very uneven, with obvious light bleed, yellowing, and hot spots across the keyboard. The Caps Lock indicator bleeds heavily, and the pointing stick is the wrong color and size compared to the original. Compared side-by-side with a genuine Dell keyboard, this one looks and feels noticeably cheaper. Spend the extra $15 and buy the OEM part unless you just need a temporary replacement.

They seem ok, but one had to be returned. The replacement worked fine. They're buried pretty deep in these laptops and I gladly would have paid a bit more to not have to do the work twice.

Easy for a novice! I was able to figure it out with a simple YouTube video search. Works great!
