Works well with hand arthritis. Haven't had to change pen yet, which could prove tricky but it feels comfortable and makes writing easier.

Very useful, easy to use and I would definitely recommend using it. I have arthritis in my hands so this helps me when I need to write stuff.

Purchased for my mother who has arthritis in her hands and struggles to hold a pen. She stated that it felt comfortable to hold and made writing easier. As we have not needed to change the pen yet, I cannot comment on the ease of switching.I wish this came with a black pen instead of blue, as most documents require black ink as blue fades and does not photocopy well.

This is amazing! I have really been struggling with the writing required in my work, which is aggravating a repetitive strain... Since I bought this I have had little to no pain, even after writing pages at a time, in a hurry! I shall be buying another one to write with at home!

Bought this for my Mum as she has severe arthritis. She still loves writing letters, but it has become impossible using a conventional pen. This gadget has helped her to hold on to the pen. Her writing is still very slow, but at least she's wanting to continue trying to write. She has no computer.

My Great Aunt who had arthritis in her hands found this a great help. She could sign greetings cards again and write in her diary which she'd been finding increasingly difficult. Such a small item that brought such joy.

Brilliant idea but afraid it’s way too thick and bulky for me and I find it quite difficult to write using this “aid”. I think if it was less bulky round the holding area it would suit more arthritis sufferers.

The fish itself is very comfortable BUT - and it is a big but - I have found it impossible to remove it from the pen it comes supplied on. I have asked three male friends -all of whom have good hands and they can't get it off either. Given that it is supposed to be for people with hand problems - arthritis etc - it is somewhat useless if you can't move it form one pen to another. Very disappointed.
