I purchased this Cricut Mug Press with high hopes, but unfortunately, the product did not work properly from the moment I tried to use it. The machine powers on but does not function as expected — it stays stuck on a red light and never heats up correctly. What’s worse, the seller refused to take responsibility. When I reached out for help, they dismissed my concern because it had been over 15 days since delivery — even though I clearly explained I had only just opened the box and tested the item. Instead of offering assistance, they accused me of being dishonest, which was both offensive and unprofessional. I expected better support, especially for a product at this price point. If you're considering this seller, I recommend extreme caution. I’m currently escalating the issue to Amazon, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same frustration.

So easy to use and takes a short time,just press a button and wait for the beep and your mug is done! If you use A-sub sublimation paper and Hippoo sublimation ink,the images or text come out so clear! Soo worth it!

Il pacco è arrivato in ritardo. Inizialmente mi ha dato problemi di attivazione, per l'assitenza Cricut la MugPress era difettosa e dovevo restituirla, me l'avrebbero combiata ma per fortuna sono riuscita a sbloccarla. Il problema era che il mio computer era troppo recente e non riusciva ad aggiornare il firmware della pressa. La MugPress è favolosa, già dalla prima tazza il risultato è perfetto.

Zeer tevreden, sneller aangekomen dan verwacht. Tevreden over mijn eerste mug/test.

Tolles Produkt, allerdings wurden bei unserer Packung die zwei mitgelieferten Tassen beschädigt geliefert. Bei beiden war der Henkel abgebrochen, sodass sie eigentlich nicht mehr zu verwenden waren – schade. Ansonsten funktioniert die Mug-Press super. Wenn ihr das Starterpaket bestellt, würde ich empfehlen, gleich noch eine Packung Infusible-Ink-Stifte dazuzubestellen, um direkt mehr damit machen zu können. Die Mug-Press lässt sich sehr einfach installieren und auch verwenden.

Come al solito la cricut è sinonimo di affidabilità e perfezione, la pressa è perfetta, solida e non da nessun tipo di problema se usata nel modo corretto, se è la prima volta che usate presse di questo genere vi consiglio di guardare alcuni tutorial in modo da non rovinare il prodotto, siamo soddisfatti, ora vedremo come si comporterà con la stampa di altre 72 tazze
