Item works well for removing matted hair on my almost 21-year-old part Maine Coon cat who no longer grooms well. My Vet suggested the purchase and told me not to use scissors because it was too easy to cut her skin. The box was a little beat up which made me wonder if my clipper set had been used and repurposed; however, it does what I needed it to do. I have used both blades. The narrow blade works well around the ears, and the standard blade is good everywhere else (chest, belly, sides, tail, and back legs. The buzzing sound is low and not a problem.

Fabulous! Cordless and quiet, these clippers worked perfectly to trim the mats on my medium-long-haired cat. So glad to find them on Amazon (small-town New Mexico has few purchase opportunities), and with such good reviews. I heartily recommend them!

These are amazing for cutting knots out of hair! Quiet, small, holds charge, no cords in the way! No scrapes or cuts to our cat, unlike other clippers we've tried. They cut through our cat's matted hair like a hot knife through butter. Great design, highly recommend!

Overall I really like this product. It's quiet and doesn't scare my cat. My only complaint so far is that when I use a guard, the clippers don't cut as well as they do without any guard. My cat is longhaired and has a very dense coat of thin fur so this is somewhat understandable. It makes me nervous though because I have to take the guard off and carefully shave my cat in a way that won't nip him. As long as you take your time and are aware of what you're cutting it's not an issue. It worked perfectly on trimming the hair that grows out between his toes too. I also appreciate how easy it is to clean. Hair doesn't build up/get caught in the handle part of the shaver which is a HUGE plus.

These little clippers worked surprisingly well for my cat’s mats. It takes a little work to get the worst ones off, but she didn’t get irritated by the feel.

Quietest clippers I've ever encountered.

I have a fat Maine coon cat that HATES being brushed and is very bad at self grooming. And as he has long hair he gets knotts and matts a lot and we typically have to fight to get them out, forget about his belly area you will be bloody if you try to brush that area out. As i am tired of this i have purchased two other clippers that are wire and they sucked. I seen these and said F it for 20 bucks lets try these and i am blown away these things removed all that matted fur like noting. As i was shaving him i could not believe how well these worked. The big matted areas on his belly he actually purred while i was removing them. And i even took these cutters and pushed them against my hand to make sure they would not cut skin and they don't. Would absolutely guve this product 10 stars if i could

These "Quiet Pet Clippers" are NOT so quiet, they are loud just like regular Clippers. Very disappointed

Affordable and easy to use. The clippers cut like butter through my long haired cat’s fur. I was amazed as the blade is plastic - love this feature for no accidental nicks. They don’t bother my cat because it’s extremely quiet while in use. Good battery life too. After a few uses the clippers stopped turning on however, after communicating with customer service, the product was replaced. They were kind and patient about the situation and even rushed the delivery. Thank you to Sue, the very helpful customer service rep that assisted me with care.

Worked real good on the cat

Corta bien, excelente para uso casero. Se atora un poco el pelo de mascota (en mi caso es delgado), pero sacandalo se soluciona y sigue cortando bien. El ruido de la máquina no estresa a mi mascota. Producto Recomendable.
