Happy so far!
I’m happy with the first use. I used two packs on my long hair. I will see how long it lasts. Very gentle and affordable. Coffee is much lighter than I thought. But perfect for me!!Here are before and after pics.

RED ROOTS!!!!!
This product does not work as described. First instructions say 5 to 10 minutes, (nothing happened) I left the product a little longer to see the results and Oh my God my roots are red not brown, What a shame with this product, and the people who sell it should test the product to see results before putting it on sale. Never AGAIN!

Coffee color isn't brown, it's RED- Auburn
I wanted to like this - based on reviews, treated it just like regular hair dye (used vaseline to protect skin, mixed it in a bowl & used a brush from a root cover kit to apply it) I also left it on way longer than required, hoping to get the full color and have it last- unfortunately, it's not very brown but more reddish auburn and it didn't fully cover gray roots so I had to add temporary hair color + gray away powder to tone down the red and cover the roots. I'm returning this, as I don't trust the color at all.
