I am using this device for some time. Find it works good for my skin. 3 different modes are there, which helps in absorbing skin care products evenly all over your face & neck. Even one can simply use it without any product for a good massage using blue light. It is easy to use & feels gentle on skin. Makes my skin firmer & smooth.

I notice very good lifting effect on jawline and cheek area. It reduce the puffiness, fine lines. It also combine with 3 modes of LED light, sonic vibration, thermal heating which gives refreshed look after use.

Vibration mode does not work when it touches the skin. One has to press down hard and try different angles for it to work and yet it's not smooth and consistent, goes on and off constantly which is super annoying and very bad for skin to press down so hard. Also it is a poorly designed product with cheap materials. I do NOT recommend buying this. I tried to return it through amazon and they escalated to the seller but neither did the seller have decency to call nor were amazon willing to refund. Am stuck with a terrible piece.

I used this product for last 4 months . It was working ok. I was happy with the result .But last couple of weeks it is malfunctioning. So I would like to get the attention of the company to replace my product.
