Flapjack Bar Chunk, Chocolate, 12 x 75g Bars

Well priced, balanced taste, not overly sweet, amazing nutritional value! I have one with my cofee in the morning instead of breakfast, it fills me up till the lunchtime. It also can be taken anytime as a healthy snack. I was really wary before buying this, but I am glad I did, as for the price you could not get anything better on the market and I have tried many! Downside: A bit of an aftertaste from stevia, which actually doesn't bother me much in these bars, whereas I wouldn't use stevia in beverages.

These are good quality bars for the price. 20 grams of protein, 12 X 75g bars. They don't have a really strong chocolate taste, I actually like that but it might not be for everyone. The one issue I find with them is that they are really chewy. A lot firmer to the bite than a lot of flapjack bars I've had in the past. That's only a minor issue though and I'll continue to buy them from Amazon as it's really handy to have them to hand and having them delivered is so convenient. Also worth pointing out is that they are sweetened with stevia. I'm not sure how I feel about that to be honest. I appreciate that it means the sugar has been replaced but you can definitely notice it. I'm not saying it's a bad thing but I'm new to stevia and I wasn't keen at first but I think I'm getting used to it as it doesn't bother me as much now. Anyway all in all these are pretty good value, reasonable flavour, fulfil a need and convenient to have around.

Really impressed with these flapjack bars. They are dense enough to fill me up for ages and taste sweet enough to be very satisfying. The high levels of protein and fibre balance well against the low levels of sugar and fat to make them a definite to buy again. As you would expect with a flapjack there is a distinctive oaty texture but I also love the occasional chocolate chip in these bars. I can't say that these bars give me more energy than comparable bars but I do love eating them.

Strange aftertaste, but i love the chewy texture of these flapjack bars, they have a sweet taste to them (due to the stevia sweetener, which is much sweeter than sugar), but are not chocolatey enough for me, i am not a fan of white chocolate and realised that these had white chocolate chips in them and not dark chocolate in them, which was a bit deceiving, because of their dark brown oaty colour. They are however good priced compared to other protein bars on the market, i have purchased these twice and would purchase again if they are around £10 again. Macros per one bar is as follows: Protein: 20 grams Fibre: 8.9 grams Calories: 248 Kcals The calories are slightly on the high side for the amount of protein within these bars, but the price is relatively good, and cheaper than other brands so can't really complain. The fibre is exclusively, and shockingly high; probably due to the bars being sweetened with Stevia, (which is natural and pure), which i think is a great positive, and main benefit of this product; great source of natural fibre content in juts one bar, that's almost half your recommended amount of fibre for one day. Some people have disliked the texture, but if you like oatmeal/oats then i recommend these bars, they don't have much flavour but sweet oats, so do not purchase if you are a chocolate lover as they can be quiet bland. They also have a good amount of protein and a really high fibre content in them, but are slightly high in calories; over 200 cals per bar. (Update: These were the first protein bars i purchased, and i have found better alternatives on the market for a similar price, but would maybe purchase again in the future, just not that keen on the overall taste/flavouring of the protein flapjack bar, since trying out a few other brands.)

These seem to taste the same as the Warrior Chocolate protein bars, which is fine with me. I have bought a lot of different makes of protein bars for a number of years and I haven't really come across any that I thought were inedible. These seem great to me, bear in mind I'm not particularly fussy about my food. Taste fine, filling and good value for money (when I bought them at 11.99 for 12).

Bought these products as needed to introduce more protein to my diet and with the protein in these, plus positive reviews, plus price, thought it was a no brainer. Very disappointed. The bars are so hard to bite into that I'm worried it's going to pull my teeth out every time I take a bite. Chewing isn't much better. The texture and taste is not pleasant at all, it is filling though! I've had 3 now as I paid for them and don't like wasting food, however after the last 1 today, I won't be having any more out of the box, they are headed for the bin. Plus it caused me to have an upset stomach. I wasn't sure if it was this product to start off with, so after the 1st 2 I had, gave it a 2 day break and stomach was fine. Had 1 this morning and my stomach is in knots again! How do I get a refund?!

Super dry and has a strange and sweet aftertaste. I give it 1 star for being a good value, and another star for being filling. It's doesn't taste awful, but it's far from delicious. It's just ok. If they weren't so horribly dry then I would possibly consider another purchase. But seriously, just thinking about how dry there were is making me thirsty. Yuck!

Pretty good taste and value for money. Macros seem decent as well. The only problem was that I ordered chocolate chip but about half the box was chocolate mint dispite being labeled chocolate chip. The mint wasn't the best tasting either so slightly disappointed with my order overall. This might put me off ordering again.
