Yeah this creatine is high quality. Dissolves perfectly in cold water. Doesn’t hurt my stomach like others. Getting results after 2 weeks. Great stuff.

This is pretty much unanimously agreed upon as the best creatine on the market. I've been taking it for about 4 months now and here's my breakdown: Pros: -My cognitive health and memory were suffering due to stress. I started taking this stuff and a lot of my brain fog and memory issues cleared up. -I take it about mid day & it gives me a great energy bump. Between creatine & eating a banana in the morning I've been able to cut down on energy drinks. - it does make your muscles look more full and it seems to have given them a bit of a more solid mass. Cons: - it doesn't dissolve that easily in water and the taste is chalky, but to me that is a non-issue - you will NEED to drink way more water. (Which is actually both a pro & con) - you'll need to hit the toilet more frequently. - you retain more water weight. - if you have existing renal issues you may not be able to use this product. It takes about 2 weeks of taking it regularly to really start noticing the effects. Once you notice it, you won't want to operate without it

I have been taking this creatine almost every day now for two months and have been pleasantly surprised. I appreciate that it is strictly creatine monohydrate, and there are no gimmicky additives. The powder mixes like a dream and is truly unflavored. I put this and my electrolyte mix in my water in the morning and can only taste the electrolytes. I was very skeptical of creatine, but the difference in my performance during my workouts is undeniable. I don’t do any heavy weightlifting, so I can’t speak on that, but there is a huge difference in my endurance levels when I take it versus when I don’t. I also notice that I just feel stronger in my Pilates classes (taking fewer breaks/less modifications). It’s hard to say if there have been any cognitive improvements from taking this so far. However, I do have a baby and a toddler, so it would likely take more than creatine (like maybe a full night of sleep 🙃) to completely clear my brain fog.

I love JOCKO creatine. We mix it with our coffee in the morning. One scoop with a splash of creamer. Mix together. Add coffee, stir. Done. When I follow that method it eliminates any clumping. After a week I notice a considerable difference. I only need one cup of coffee to chase the mental “boost” only to be followed by drowsiness later. It’s crazy how just 5g a day can boost your mental performance. My wife likes it too. That’s a huge win.
