Patient & careful prep is the key.
After struggling to apply this stuff to a tear in a silicon half-body suit, I was on the verge of tossing the glue in the garbage & then leaving a scathing 1-star review. All I can say is this: the tear was in the most unforgiving contour of the suit. I couldn't get the torn pieces to align & the glue was not adhering whatsoever. Then I read some reviews & followed the feedback if what others had done. (Initially I didn't even see that cone-shaped precision applicator nozzle). That ended up being crucial . Anyway I patiently maneuvered some hefty household objects to book-end the two torn strands together so that they were at least in contact with each other & slightly weighed down . Then I CAREFULLY applied the glue to half of the tear. Since the glue doesn't bond at all in the beginning, you have to be very patient as to not buckle or disrupt the contact between the torn pieces. You almost have to dribble the glue so that it fills in the fracture. Left that out overnight & the next day carefully glued the remaining half, which was much easier because know at least there was a bond. Left that out overnight & then once bonded, I went over the tear again. The coloring seems to be fine, but I wasn't overly concerned because the tear is not really in a visible place. Anyway, I hope I'm not jinxing this, but the glue has held up. And I will say this tear was in a place that I assumed had about a 10% chance of salvaging. And that doesn't even take into account the level of stress this location will continue to see with further use. But the tear has remained sealed up & the functional integrity is back. (For now at least) But so far so good. Patience and preparation is key. Silicone is extremely uncompromising and NOT easy to bond. But it works. I assure you

Excellent product!
My youngest daughter is silicone baby obsessed. So we have a few of them. And the newest one that she has unfortunately acquired a tear on the corner of his eye. After much tears and panic, we came across this particular Silicone glue it matches the tone of the baby in question. The smell is what you would expect a glut to smell like. It could be a little easier to apply if they gave you a nozzle tip instead of just a tube opening. To me, that was the only con. Otherwise, it was a great color match, it does exactly what it is supposed to do. It also dries quite evenly… So for the corner of his eye, I kind of shove some glue in with a toothpick, and then I sort of bandage wrapped his head down, think of the bandage going from the top of his skull to his jaw so to speak. This way it closed tightly. And then I added a more glue with the tip of the toothpick to kind of seal it. I’ll have this tube for the rest of my life however, if I didn’t, or if I lost it, I would absolutely purchase it again.

This product is a waste of your money. It is not adhesive. It is junk.
This product is a joke. It is not adhesive. It does not do anything. It’s not glue. It is a waste of your money. This product is complete. Crap it does not bond. It does not adhere. It does not glue. It is complete garbage don’t waste your money. You’re better off just flushing it down the toilet if you need silicone adhesive Look for Sil-poxy

Great glue for silicone babies
I love this stuff!! It’s great for repairing, filling in holes and dips on silicone babies. I’ve tried them all and this one is it! Make sure the area is clean and wipe the area down with alcohol before using

Okay
The glue isn’t actually flesh colored - at least, what I received isn’t - but it actually still works well enough. It has blended in well enough for my needs. I wouldn’t recommend this for professional silicone professionals, though. Decent enough for small corrections on silicone (e.g., silicone dolls). Gave it three stars because it’s clear, not flesh colored.

Perfect for low-stress repairs, not for high stress parts
Edit: With thorough cleaning and 24 hours cure time, I had great results re-joining tears in low-stress parts. The repair was able to be manipulated, stretched, and gently tugged, behaving as if it had never been damaged and with no hard spots. When repairing high stress areas like a crotch or arm pit, the initial repair was the same, but after high stress it failed exactly on the original split - no extra damage, no material lost, and some of the adhesive was able to be rubbed off. This adhesive has a slight tint to it. It's not a filler, it's just enough tint to not look like a clear film, and to allow some of the original material color to show through. A heavier amount of tint would make repairs look more obvious since a perfect color match is unlikely. After making the repairs I cleaned the surface with acetone, then lightly misted the part with powder. After curing for 24 hours, I washed and powered the whole part and the repair was literally invisible. If you have a silicone object that needs non-structural repair, I highly recommend this as it can make a near invisible repair that retains the original softness of the silicone and can withstand massaging, rubbing, and gentle tugs. If you need a structural repair, or something in a high-stress area like a crotch or arm pit, I would use something like sil poxy.

The glue for silicone dolls!
This glue did great on the silicone baby doll. From what I'd read once this silicone was ripped it was over. Not with this glue! The doll had been ripped under the arms, fingers almost ripped off and mouth. The glue worked perfectly and is still holding today. Even the fingers!

Doesn't fully set
The color isn't bad but i applied it to the doll and she sat for 3 days before moving her and the silicone didnt fully set causing the tears to open right back up. Now there's a build up of the product around the tears where it kind of set up.

It doesn't smell horrible plus its cheaper and you get more than silpoxy. it is holding up good so far and the dried glue isn't very visible

Glue bone very well but wish the colour was more flesh like. I used it to repair a doll.

Doesn't work on TPE, it peels off.

My daughter has a very special silicone realistic baby that lost a finger. This glue attached it back on and it has been good ever since.
