i first tasted this evoo in a restaurant in Sicily. It was the first time I’d ever noticed how different and delicious an olive oil could be. The waiter explained it’s because of the type of olive that is used to produce this. This is for dipping and drizzling, not cooking. I was happy to see I can order this in the US. It’s pricey, and a treat that I think is worth it.
